How to Pay for a USA Ultimate Membership Online

If you prefer to mail in your payment rather than paying on-line, click here for a combined Membership/Waiver form, fill it out and mail it and your payment to the USA Ultimate at the address at the top of the form. Allow mail and processing time.

Instructions for Paying Online

The best way to pay for your 2010 USA Ultimate membership dues is online through their Web site. You will need a credit card or a PayPal account to make the payment.

1. Go to www.usaultimate.org/membership/default.aspx
2. Click the Join Online link at the top of the screen.
3. Log into your online membership account:
   1. If you already have a USA Ultimate online membership account, then enter your E-mail Address and Password and click the Login button.
   2. To create an online account, scroll down to read the instructions and then choose the appropriate option. For returning members, click Membership Information. For new members, click Brand new Member Signup.
4. On the Membership Drive 2007 screen, use the drop-down menus to answer all the questions. When you are done, click Submit.
5. On the USA Ultimate Membership Dues Payment screen, select the $20 Youth Annual Membership option and then click the Pay with PayPal button.
6. Follow the payment instructions.
   1. If you have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to log in. Proceed as instructed.
   2. If you do NOT have a PayPal account, you have the option of creating one now, or just paying with your credit card as a one-time transaction through PayPal. Choose your preferred option and proceed as instructed.
   3. When you are done, you should be able to view your account information online.
